We’re a business association dedicated to supporting businesses – with a focus on small- and medium-sized organizations and non-profits – throughout the east side of Greater Cincinnati, as well as providing a local support option for those businesses in areas that don’t have a chamber or business association.
We provide a wide variety of benefits in the networking, marketing/promotion, cost savings, and education categories to help you grow your business and your bottom line more effectively.

Meet the Board
Andrea Brady
President
Andrea’s background is strategic marketing/communications and educational program design. She ran a successful marketing consulting firm for 20 years and, as Executive Director, grew the Milford Miami Township Chamber from 275 to 426 members. She brings experience from the private sector with large and small companies, and from the public sector with non-profits and school districts.
Shelly West
Treasurer
Shelly West is a body-mind centered boundaries coach and massage therapist based in Milford, with a practice focused on helping people move from reactive living to intentional, purpose-driven lives. She is an amazing artist, a trail leader, has worked in the legal sector, and is excellent at logistics. She served as Events Coordinator for the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce for two years.
Tracy Carpenter
Board Member
Tracy spent over two decades teaching music in the Milford school district, with a background in both vocal and instrumental education from Berea College. She brings serious organizational experience as well, having coordinated a regional honor choir event for nearly 200 students across multiple county school systems.

Leroy Ellington
Board Member
Leroy has spent over 30 years working across nearly every corner of the entertainment industry: performing, event coordination, consulting, audio production, booking, and large-scale event coordination, and founded his own production company in 2012. He also brings a perspective to the table as a former elected official with hands-on experience navigating public safety and municipal event logistics.
Elesa Labanz
Board Member
Elesa has a background in small business support, content creation, and community-focused communications, with experience working alongside entrepreneurs and nonprofits. Elesa has built a varied resume that included paralegal work, embassy security, and overseas nonprofit experience. She served as Operations Director for the Milford Miami Township Chamber for 3 years.
Kohta Rincon
Board Member
Kohta is a Cincinnati-based photographer whose work spans equestrian and animal portraiture, family photos, and personal branding, with a boutique approach focused on authentic connection in every session. She focuses on the unique aspects of each client to showcase their personality in their portraits.

Rob has been in financial services since graduating from Xavier University, with early experience at Fidelity Investments and a long-running wealth management practice he co-founded in 2004. His work has focused primarily on financial planning for educators and their families, helping clients identify and reach their vision of financial success.
